When I was younger, I played some basic isntruments that I was given, like a tamborine. I decided that I wanted to play guitar. I had no idea that I would learn so many other instruments.I went on youtube to learn how to play. My dad got me a full size keyboard, and I taught myself how to play that. Eventually, I decided to learn how to play the drums. Everything else went from there.
Learning multiple instruments isn't as hard as you think. You just have to put in the time and effort. First, make sure you have access to multiple instruments. My first instruments were guitar and piano/keyboard. Don't try to learn 3 or 4 instruments at a time. It took me a few years to learn all of the instruments that I play today. Figure out 2 instruments that you would like to learn first. Start learning them. You don't need to master them, just learn the basics. You can go back later and keep perfecting. That is what I am doing now. I have learned so many instruments, that I don't really need to learn any more. Now, I am perfecting each instrument so that I can be a better musician.
